There are countless reasons why we feel mentally burdened and sometimes simply don't know what to do. The most important thing in these crisis situations is that we are not alone or do not feel left alone. Even in a university environment, mentally stressful situations can arise that, in the worst case, seem hopeless. Talking about it and knowing that there is someone who listens and is there for me can help a lot to stabilize mentally and work out solutions together in order to overcome the crisis and return to a positive outlook on everyday life.

Dr. Kristina Rubarth is the managing coordinator of philGRAD as well as a certified mental health first aider and is there for you with an open ear and empathetic support for all consultation requests and in acute stress situations.

Dr. Gina Möller is the managing coordinator (by proxy) of philGRAD and a trained coach. She has been helping people in challenging, stressful phases of life to find a healthy balance for 5 years.
